Stephanie Klocke
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Prior to joining the Mayor’s Office, Stephanie served as the Director of Career Services at Green City Force (GCF), where she led a dynamic team to connect more than 200 young people to training and employment within the sustainability sector each year. Her career in workforce sparked as an AmeriCorps member in her hometown of Pittsburgh, PA, where she supported newly resettled refugees in securing jobs and transitioning to lives in their new community. Stephanie lives in Brooklyn with her family and their dog, Cilantro.

Felicia Forster
DIRECTOR, RESILIENCY AND DECARBONIZATION
Felicia Forster brings over a decade of experience in digital media, technology, and workforce development to her role as Director of ReMaIIC: Resiliency, Manufacturing, Industrial and Infrastructure Council. Prior to joining the Mayor's Office of Talent and Workforce Development, Felicia consulted some of the real estate development industry's top general contractors on top-of-the-line technology solutions. Felicia worked at Building Skills NY, where she led business development and recruitment. She partnered with community-based organizations, elected officials, and other key New York City stakeholders to identify life-changing workforce opportunities for some of the City's most historically underserved individuals. She has a passion for improving the lives of everyone she encounters and is always striving to grow, help placing over 400 individuals into employment during her tenure. Felicia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Buffalo State College.

Imani Council-Reid
DIRECTOR, WORKFORCE PROGRAMS
Imani Council is a workforce development professional with over ten years of experience leading the development and launch of programs designed to support career advancement and skill building for a diverse range of New Yorkers. In her most recent role with the NYC Department of Small Business Services, Imani is proud of the work that she did working closely with a diverse representation of industry leaders, program providers, funders, and City government partners to understand the needs of the manufacturing and industrial industry, and build stackable career pathways to promote sustainable employment. Imani lives in Brooklyn and considers herself a serial hobbyist, she's currently burning through her reading list, and constantly looking for new ways to create.

Ryan Cagle
DIRECTOR, INDUSTRIAL AND MANUFACTURING
Ryan Cagle is the Director of Strategy and Outreach for the Industrial Industry Partnership at NYC Talent, MaiiC, where he works to improve the technological capacity of businesses in the city's industrial sector and promote MaiiC to communities near and far. Prior to joining the MOTWD, Ryan worked in industrial business support and advocacy as an Industrial Business Account Manager at BOC Network, and community management at Business Improvement Districts in Brooklyn and Queens. Ryan holds a master’s in urban placemaking from Pratt Institute and a bachelor’s in marketing from Georgia State University. He is a proud resident of Brooklyn and when not advocating for quality, accessible jobs you can find him and his family seeking out adventurous meals across the five boroughs.

Matthew Walker
PROJECT MANAGER, CONSTRUCTION AND SECTION 3
Matthew Walker is the Workforce Project Manager and Section 3 Manager for ReMaiiC, where he works on various programs and initiatives to advance the City’s workforce in the construction sector. Prior to his time at the Mayor’s Office of Talent and Workforce Development, Matthew worked at the New York City Housing Authority’s (NYCHA) Office of Resident Economic Empowerment and Sustainability (REES), where he assisted NYCHA contractors to meet their HUD Section 3 contract obligations by referring qualified NYCHA residents to open opportunities with contractors. Matthew got his start in workforce development as the Community Outreach Specialist for the Council for Airport Opportunity (CAO) -- where he worked with community-based organizations and elected officials in Queens to connect residents to job opportunities at JFK and LGA Airports. Matthew holds a master's in public policy and dual bachelor's in political science and history from Stony Brook University. Matthew lives in Brooklyn and when he is not the office enjoys traveling, exercising, and finding the best gatekept food spots in New York City.
